"Jobs"
Give the AI jobs/roles. Like "assassin". Some jobs have "assignments" and some don't.
For example, the "assassin" job would need an "assignment", otherwise they would wait around for an assignment.
--> Cool idea: Each character has a way to receive this kind of information. For example, a wiseguy would have a flip phone.
-->             Maybe there could even be pay phones in each map for actors to interact and communicate.
-->             ++ Side idea, since Noko doesn't (?) speak, I could generate a TON of one-sided phone calls and hook them up with phone numbers for the player to randomly dial.
-->                Most of the calls would probably be different voices saying "Hello?" or something like that.
